چکیده
Abstract Plant endophytic microorganisms, which can enhance plant growth and resistance to biotic abiotic stresses, are untapped resources with large potential applications for crop production. However, the community is influenced by multiple factors, such as host genetics, environment, other microbes. Thus, it important characterize well-adapted endophytes from native crops. We isolated 43 bacteria sugarcane cultivar Yunzhe-99-91. All these isolates were examined in vitro nitrogenase activity ability dissolve phosphorus produce siderophore. One of strains, B9, identified Bacillus subtilis showed maximum promotion, was selected detailed studies. B9 promoted production organic acids propionic acid, acetic malic acid citric phytohormones, including indole-3-acetic cytokinin, 6-benzyladenine, zeatin. Moreover, significantly plantlets increased content nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium seedlings 29.26%, 50.78%, 15.49%, respectively. The photosynthetic rate, root development, chlorophyll also improved varying degrees compared non-inoculated control. cotyledon hypocotyl gems germinated faster when co-cultured strain control group. Colonization assay that mainly colonized roots, followed stems leaves. In conclusion, positive interaction between may provide long-lasting benefits a direction developing utilizing biofertilizer cultivation decrease fertilizer application.

Endophytes MQ23 and MQ23R isolated from Sophora alopecuroides root nodules were characterized by observing their ability to promote plant growth and employing molecular analysis techniques. Results showed that MQ23 and MQ23R are potential N2-fixing endophytes and belong to the same species as Bacillus cereus. MQ23 was shown to be able to produce siderophores, IAA, and demonstrate certain antifu...

Background: Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) may be utilized to augment plant growth and suppress the plant pathogens. Objective: The present study was conducted to isolate and characterize the antagonistic bacteria indigenous to cotton and sugarcane rhizosphere in Pakistan, and to evaluate their ability to suppress phytopathogenic Fusarium spp. Out of 63 is...
متن کاملCharacterization of Bacillus subtilis HC8, a novel plant‐beneficial endophytic strain from giant hogweed
Thirty endophytic bacteria were isolated from various plant species growing near Saint-Petersburg, Russia. Based on a screening for various traits, including plant-beneficial properties and DNA fragment patterns, potential siblings were removed. The remaining isolates were taxonomically identified using 16S rDNA sequences and potential human and plant pathogens were removed. The remaining strai...

Paraburkholderia tropica (syn Burkholderia tropica) are nitrogen-fixing bacteria commonly found in sugarcane. The Paraburkholderia tropica strain Ppe8 is part of the sugarcane inoculant consortium that has a beneficial effect on yield. Here, we report a draft genome sequence of this strain elucidating the mechanisms involved in its interaction mainly with Poaceae. A genome size of approximately...
